I am unable to get Remote Web Access working under the latest Vail "refresh" release. (Didn't try under the previous one!)

I have a Linksys VOIP router between my cable modem and wireless router, and I am pretty sure I have followed all the instructions contained in "Coming Home to WHS", Section 7). I even added a DHCP reservation for the wireless router's IP to the VOIP router.

When I try to connect, my browser gives me a message, "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at xxxxx.homeserver.com".

I have tried the automatic setup of the router, but that leaves the Router IP (on the Remote Web Access dialog) as 192.168.0.2, which is the IP between the router and the VOIP router. If I skip the auto setup, I can't see any way of providing the actual external facing IP addresss that the VOIP router uses. (I assume that may be the "missing link"!)

One other thing I have also not established is whether my ISP blocks ports 80 and 443. I'm not sure how competent their tech support would be to advise me on that point!

Anyway, I would be grateful for any help you might give - even if it is "Vail doesn't support that configuration yet" - that might help me get remote access to work.

Thanks, Graham
