Looks very cool from everything i seen at TechED so far.
Nice management capabilities for Hyper-V, Xen & ESX all in 1 place.

Cheapest way to license System Center (in virtualised world) is to buy system center management suite. And that often applies too even if you only want to use one of the products such as OpsMgr if you have densely populated hosts.
