Hy,

Someone in our company did a mass reassign records for one user. I can see on some account the datetime when operation was done.

None of user fields do not indicate a mass reassign operation (owner or modified by wasn't "touch"), only modifiedon is the same on over 1500 accounts)

Do I have any option to find who exactly did this operation?

If you have CRM 2011 you can and you had auditing turned on you could see. But check your application logs and security logs.

Who has system customizer rights and system administrator rights?
I havn't used 3.0 for a while so I can't even check a system.

So when are you upgrading?
CRM Online for 2011 is 44 bucks a seat.
