I working with an MS server 2003 3node cluster for printing. Cluster is all set and everything is in place. I have created printer objects and have down loaded UPD's for the printers. Mixed 2000 and XP workstations. The problem I'm having is that the drivers will load onto the workstations but the workstation with win2000 will not print and the XP workstation gets an error message of "Test page failed to print" Would you like to view the print troubleshooter for assistance? Unable to create a print job.

Printers are set up with TCP/IP ports.

Whats going on? Any ideas.

Yes Dougg, The printers have IP addresses assigned to them.

Printers are set up with TCP/IP ports. Do you mean IP addresses?

How are the printers being located? The quick/easy way to find out what's going is to grab a trace of the conversation. I'm thinking you see an error with the address of the printer.

Yes. The drivers are installed on each node.
