Azure is for hosting your own ASP.NET or PHP web applications "in the cloud". You can also get SQL and generic Windows VMs as well, similar to Amazon EC2. So you pay based on CPU/memory/disk usage. I don't think there's anything that links Office 365 and Azure together.

(I'm watching the MS "Edge" videos on this with Adam Carter right now)

Supppose I could watch the program - although it looks like it's about building applications for Azure (beyond me).
