When I type "repadmin /syncall DC1 /I" on DC1 I get a message :

SyncAll reported the following errors:
Replication suppressed by user request:
From: CN=NTDS Settings,CN=DC2,CN=Servers,CN=Site1,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=domain,DC=com
To : CN=NTDS Settings,CN=DC1,CN=Servers,CN=Site1,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=domain,DC=com

Should I be worried about it ?

/I Runs the repadmin /showrepl command on each server pair in the path instead of synchronizing.

So, behaviour by design when using the /I switch.

The ironh is that if I make a syntax error it also gives the replication suppression message. ie:

repadmin /syncall dc1 - all is good
repadmin /syncall /dc1 - error (and only runs on local DC, obviously)

>>Does it go away if you try again?
Just tried it again on
- DC1 : same error message
- DC2 (in the same site) : same error message
- DC3, DC4, (in other sites) : same error message

>> Any symptoms of a real problem?
No, not that I'm aware of .

(BTW: I corrected a typo in the syntax in my first post, forgot the /syncall parameter)

I had a look in the internal KB. Very few instances of this message. I seem to recall having seen it once or twice. Does it go away if you try again? Any symptoms of a real problem?
