"Not enough storage is available to process this command."

I am getting this on two 2008 R2 servers.

Scenario one:

VMware ESX 4.0
2008 R2 Enterprise
4 gb mem
2 cpus
Fresh Install so nothing is running

Scenario two:

Dell R710 Server
2008 R2 Standard
4 GB memory
2 CPU's
Nothing else running but windows components.

I cannot figure out why this is happening.

Read and learn...

I did, but didn't come across the answer until now....

KMS is already a part of 2008, so no installation is needed...

Would be nice if the installation app gave a better error...

Oh well.. :)

There are a lot of hits on Google for that error message but no definite solution. Then I searched for KMS installation directory & it says that you are given an option where to install it. Have you tried different places?

Another suggestion was to look for .sys files, such as a swap file that's occupying a lot of space.
