Hi All,

I'm looking for a nice simple way to copy my flagged folders into a Windows folder & to have them change & update dynamically.

I have a relatively simple system. I have a desktop & a laptop, both with Vista & Outlook 2010. I have a 'Pending' folder with all of the things I'm currently working on that uses Windows Live Sync & is thus kept up-to-date across the 2 machines.

Currently, I go into Outlook, copy my flagged items & paste them into an 'Email' folder in my pending folder. This involves manual effort & can mean that this list is out of sync with the flagged items on my Desktop PC.

Is there an easy way to have flagged emails appear in a folder that is somewhere on my Windows PC as opposed to being within Outlook? This would enable me to get around the problem of having 2 machines & being able to answer email on both & would enable me to be better able to respond to flagged emails out of the office.

Or if you have a simpler solution, I'd love to hear it.

Thanks
