Hi
i have an ibm server x3550 m3 4 gb ram 2 mirrored hard drives 500Gb each
windows 2008 sbs exchange 2007 with sp1 Av is eset 4
server is being used for emails and file sharing
randomly my server locks up to recover from it i have to manually turn off server
i got this error event 5013 the source is "WAS"
a process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool'exceeded time limits during shutdown. the process id was 5844
this error continued about 7 minutes and the system locked up
please help

Try uninstalling Eset, I've seen many problems with it. Disabling is not sufficient, you really need to uninstall the software.
