I had a problem yesterday while I was customizing a CRM 2011 Online site in the cloud. While importing a solution, I received an error that a screen was not a trusted site.
So being a good little tech, I followed instructions. But then I received a SQL error in the cloud. The Browser version is IE9.
I rebooted to clear any cookies , etc from the browser, and then attempted to access the site.
It turns out that putting the site in the "trusted sites " area of IE caused the problem. And taking it out of that security area resolved the problem.
