| I can it's really easy to get data into the cloud but what happens when you want to pull your data out of the cloud? Move it into a non-virtual folder? Then it no longer exists in the cloud? |

| Why o why ? That is the first question comes to my mind. Why would any company in their right mind give out for free/low price/ any price unlimited (is it unlimitted in ATT language, where they cap you at 100 MB?)) storage? Unless, they want to sift through your data ;) |

I agree Isaac, Where is the profit, unless they mine your data or force ads on you.
I cannot believe it, There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. If it is too good to be true, it isn't.

I signed up and read the license and other agreements carefully. No SLA and no guarantees at all.
So I'm just going to take a big whack of backups, put 'em in an encrypted zip and shoot 'em up there. Cheap offsite storage! |

| Yep. I am backing up all of my cool stuff to Bitcasa - as encrypted archives. Might use it to share non-essential stuff with a few people as well. Nice alternative to ftp drop folder. |
