There is an app released by Splashtop which enables you to experience the Windows 8 Metro UI on a iPad:

To get this working you will need to download and install the Windows 8 Metro Testbed on your iPad from the App Store. Then download and install the Slpashtop Streamer on your PC(with the Windows 8 Customer Preview). After that, it’s just a case of establishing a connection between the two, which requires a solid Internet connection.
