Microsoft has released a troubleshooting wizard in order to help customers help themselves in resolving errors configuring the CRM Outlook Client.
Because it's difficult to handle the "Unknowns" of end users client machines, this "first attempt" to assist IT Pros and network administrators as well as power users and road warriors, will prove a new concept of creating tools that will troubleshoot issues.
