The Windows Server 2012 Exams seems to be published on the Microsoft Learning Site:

They seem to be phasing out MCTIP and using Microsoft Certified Solution Associate/Expert (MCSA/MCSE) for the new exams.

And also the Windows 8 Exam

Until now the exams are only avaiable at TechEd, but due to my feedback they are working on making the Windows Server 2012 Beta exams aviable at all test centers :).
