Hi,
I think there is a bug in the Email Router for CRM 4.0
We are unable to send a Marketing Mailshot to more than six users.
I found this article which discusses editing an XML file or scheduling a net stop and net start.
Does anyone know of a fix - the article seems to explain my problem. (Curt )

Here is the link that discusses
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?pg=2&p=1&tid=8e427cc6-f88a-4a56-b2c3-321418398718&dg=microsoft.public.crm

CRM 4.0 and Exchange is Server 2003 SP2

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!! A Bug in Software. What a surprise.

Well, I have another take on it. First I would look at a subsystem or two.

I'm working on another CRM email router issue right now and will get to this next.

I would look at external factors.

This is one piece of the fix for when there is a problem with the CRM locater service.

Another area is to reinstall .Net 3.0

If I could replicate the error I would be more specific.
Do you have access to customer source?
There are quite a few hotfixes out now ro 4.0
