First check AD Sites and Services and make sure that the subnets you use are there and are assigned to a site. Next check if your CAS server is configured to handle that site: Get-ClientAccessServer | fl Name,AutoDiscoverSiteScope

Ok... removing the CASARRAY and recreating it resolved the issue.

That's weird. Did you do anything different this time? Something site related?

When you recreated the CASArray did you stamp it back on the mailbox database?

Did not do nothing different.

When I re-created the CASARRAY I did stamp it to the mailbox DB.

Thanks though guys.
