I am wondering if anyone of you have an idea, except running a script as a scheduled task.

We are running Exchange 2010, and I am using ScriptingAgentConfig.xml to extend the behavior of New-MailBox. So I thought I could just add a few lines of code, and use Add-MailBoxFolderPermission to set some default user permissions on the calendar of newly created users. But this fails because you have to have "signed" into the mailbox first either using Outlook or OWA. (I can understand the reason why)
Is there any other ways to achive this ?

I have tried both sending an email to the account, and using Test-MapiConnectivity but to no avail.
