Pointed the forum to a different machine as a mail server for the moment (finding the best home for the mmco.com accounts). Let me know if anything goes awry with subscriptions.

The forum has an option whereby you can "subscribe to this topic." (Or subscribe to an entire subforum.) As a result, any new posting to the topic/subforum causes Snitz to kick out an email saying, "someone commented on topic blahblah...

Personally I hate the thing, as it means that every time someone says, "Yeah, right, that happens to me too!," then my email server has to email 500 people (okay, it may not be that bad, depends on the topic or forum<g>), 350 of which don't exist any more, which then generates a raft of NDRs, which clog up the bandwidth etc. But people like it, so we do it. I reconfigured some email servers and had to tell Snitz, and I'm never 100 percent sure that I got it right, so I'm checking! Hope all's working.

Hmmm... and that gives me an idea...<g> Stay tuned.
