It's odd. I'm running IE with Google as my default search engine. So I google almost anything. Click the first link, it's not the answer. Click the second, not so much. Click another and IE tells me that it's modified the page to thwart cross-site scripting, and the only thing LEFT on the page is one octothorpe, "#"
Puzzling.

I think I had this Mark, check your Manage Add Ons, I think you might need to remove the Google Search and then re-add it. problem goes away.
Worth while checking your Toolbars and Extensions whilst you are there.

I use IE with Bing as my search engine. I'm getting to where I don't trust/like Google.

I've found Maxthon to be quite a nice little browser. Uses IE as it's base browser but fast as heck and quite customizable.

James, must live in an IT equivalent of the Bermuda Triangle... - Raid 0 - Bing - Gets to give out to customers - Gets away with being grumpy all the time(can't say this, it relates to me as well!

| I have been using google for IT stuff only. Google keeps giving me either a porn (at best) or takes me to a landing page with bunch of crap for anything that has to do with travel, home and leisure. |

| Isaac, it is a hint to take a vacation. Your personal web traffic Google Analytics are showing you have been working too much and are in need of a vacation. |

I have to say Bing has always given me good results.
Isaac, I have to say, this is a bit confusing:

So since Google gives you porn (at best) or a landing page to a bunch of crap you use it only for IT stuff?

Haven't you heard yet that IT for geeks is like porn for freaks? :)
In the past domainers would create a google adsense targeted websites related to travel, leisure, medical field, loans, money making, and etc... These domainers new how to push their mini-sites to google's top 100-50-20 and even 1st page by playing around with keywords and constantly adjusting them.
Bing on the other hand, was not as much popular as Adsense, at least at the time. So, I was getting better search results on bing to anything, except IT related stuff.
