If I remember correct there use to be problems with doing a Ghost of a hard drive once it had joined a domain, this was back in NT 4 days. Is there any problems with XP and Win7 to clone with ghost and or a hardware device that I have now which works much better than the software.

Thanks
Michael

You should run "sysprep" on the drive before you image it. This will remove the joined domain data, and after you re-image the machine (or during depending upon your deployment process) you then re-join the domain with the desired computer name. Otherwise your GUID/SSID and all those other domain registered systems would be causing you all sorts of grief.
